How do I buy online?
Shopping with us is easy! Simply choose your products from the online shop, click on the ‘buy now’ button and when you have finished, go to the checkout. Paypal will deal with your credit card payments and send a confirmation e–mail to you. We will do the rest!! TOP
I’m a bit worried about using my credit card online, is it safe?
We use Paypal Shopping Cart System for all our transactions. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the Paypal site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser — one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches Paypal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Paypal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. TOP
I don’t want to use my credit card, what do I do?
We can only accept online orders paid with a credit or debit card. If you would like to pay by cheque, either e–mail or telephone your order to us and let us know that you will be posting a cheque. Your order cannot be processed until payment is received, so please allow a little longer if you shop this way. TOP
Do you have a printed catalogue?
With the constant turnover of so many products this isn’t really an option for us. We do carry Hot Off The Press catalogues and if you would like one, just send a self addressed A4 envelope with 84p postage stamps attached and we will post it back to you. Please telephone to check availability of any products you wish to order, as some products are not available in the UK. TOP
Do you have a minimum order value?
No, we don’t. But please bear in mind that we charge £2.50 P&P on all orders under £45, so it could be expensive to order a couple of loose sheets of paper!! TOP
Do you have a shop I can visit?
We are currently waiting to finalise the lease on our new premises. The details will be published online as soon as we have confirmation. TOP
What is your returns policy?
You can return anything bought online within 7 days for a credit note or refund, only if the items are returned in a saleable condition. See our Terms and Conditions for full details. If you receive a product that is damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund but you must let us know within 48 hours of delivery. TOP
Do you offer discounts or wholesale prices on larger orders?
We offer competitive prices and a loyalty scheme for all our customers, so no further discounts are available. Our members do receive additional discounts on selected products every month and if this interests you, e–mail or telephone for more details on how to join. TOP
What are your postage charges?
We charge a flat fee of £2.50 on all orders under £45. For orders over £45, postage and packing is free. TOP
What happens if I order a product that is out of stock?
All products online should be in stock but in the unlikely event that something you have ordered has sold out we will send it on, with no additional postage charges, as soon as stock is available. Details of out of stock products will be sent in with the rest over your order. TOP
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours but please allow up to two weeks for delivery. TOP
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
Royal Mail does not classify any mail as lost until 15 days from posting. If after 15 days your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate. TOP
Do you accept orders from outside of the UK?
Currently we only accept orders from the UK. If we change our position, we will post details online but there are no plans to do so as yet. TOP
How can I get details of any news or special offers?
Sign up for our ‘got goodies’ newsletter and we will add you to our mailing list. All you need to do is e–mail us using the contact form on the site and you will receive our news bulletin on the next mailing. TOP
Do you have a loyalty scheme?
Indeed we do! For every £10 you spend, you will get a sticker and full cards can be exchanged for £12 of free products. Full details are printed on our loyalty cards, or you can e–mail us to find out more. TOP
