Terms and Conditions

Website Use
Access to and use of this website ('croptilyoudrop.co.uk') is provided on the following terms:

By using croptilyoudrop.co.uk you agree to be legally bound by our terms and conditions, which shall take effect immediately on your first use, visit or access to this website.

Crop 'Til You Drop may change these terms at any time by posting changes online and a written version if available by contacting us here. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use croptilyoudrop.co.uk content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any croptilyoudrop.co.uk content except for your own personal, non-commercial use without the express prior written consent of croptilyoudrop.co.uk.

You agree to use croptilyoudrop.co.uk only for it's intended lawful purpose, which may include but is not limited to: disrupting normal use, service or operation, transmitting obscene or offensive material or anything that may bring the company in to disrepute.

Making A Purchase
Goods can be paid for by the Customer using cash, cheque (only when accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card) or the following debit/credit cards: Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, UK Maestro and Visa.

All prices shown already include VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. All items remain the sole property of the Crop 'Til You Drop until any payments have been successfully processed and payment received in full.

Any payments that fail to clear will be subject to an administration charge of 15% of the value of the goods. Should any items need to be retrieved, further charges may be applied in order to recover any recovery costs.

The Customer is responsible for verifying the suitability and compatibility of goods prior to purchase.

Any purchase made by the customer and payment made with the intention to deceive the Company, whether prior to purchase or once a purchase has been made, shall be considered as a fraudulent transaction and all warranty, guarantee or returns will be null and void.

By these terms and conditions the customer accepts that any purchase made with funds that fail to clear, invalidate any rights the customer has to the goods with any costs incurred by the company to retrieve the goods and/or outstanding payment as the sole liability of the customer. All goods purchased remain the sole property of the company until full payment has been received.

This Agreement does not limit your right to cancellation.

Delivery
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer to confirm that their order has been accepted and goods reserved for dispatch.

Deliveries are usually made within 7 days but may take up to 28 working days prior to the order being confirmed and are only currently available to those customers in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Customers outside these areas should contact us.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that Goods can be accepted at the delivery address once the Goods have been dispatched. Deliveries will only be attempted twice and failure to provide for receipt of goods ordered may incur an additional charge to redeliver. In the case where delivery was initially made at no cost, a charge would be necessary to attempt a redelivery.

Should the Company be unable to provide the goods ordered within the stated time period, the customer will be notified so that alternative arrangements can be made. However, we cannot be held responsible for failed or late deliveries outside of the Crop 'Til You Drop's control, where all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure goods are delivered correctly and on time.

In the event of any damage, delay or loss of goods, due to mishandling in transportation the customer is required to deal directly with the delivery company.

The customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery to ensure that there is no shortfall in quantity, damage to goods or incorrectly shipped items and is required to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods in writing, via the contact form on the website or by email. Failure to notify us within the specified time period, then the goods shall be deemed to be suitable for use for it's intended purpose and the sole property of the customer.

If after 48 hours goods should be found to be faulty due to manufacture then the supposed faulty goods may be subject to our Guarantee and/or returns policy.

We reserve the right not to ship any goods out for delivery until payment has been received in full.

Goods purchased will only be sent to the authorised delivery address, in the case of credit/debit cards, this will only ever be to the cardholders address.

Returns
In the event that your goods should be found faulty pleasecontact us here
in writing, by email or by calling in to our shop at the address found at the top of the page.

If any Goods need to be sent back within the first 28 days and are found to be faulty we will gladly refund the cost of postage (if applicable) and replace the item with the same or an equivalent at no additional cost.

The right to return goods does not apply to perishable goods or any items deemed as consumable products that may no longer be able to function for their originally intended purpose.

All goods returned must be in a resalable condition and in their original packaging with all original parts included.

The customer agrees upon receipt of Goods purchased that any goods not returned in accordance with this agreement may be exempt from guarantee and any refund or replacement for goods may be made at a depreciated value to reflect the condition of the product.

Cancellations
The Customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of the order being confirmed. If the goods have already been dispatched for delivery the customer accepts full responsibility for the safe return of the goods, taking reasonable care and attention to ensure that goods are returned in satisfactory condition in accordance with the Crop 'Tl You Drop returns policy above. The cost of returning goods relating to cancelled orders is the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded by the Crop 'Til You Drop.

Should it be necessary for the Company to retrieve the goods, a charge may be made for this, which may exceed the original cost and delivery of the goods to include any associated recovery charges.

Gift vouchers
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, attract loyalty points on redemption but not on purchase, may be used to purchase any goods & services, with the exception of postal charges online.

Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash, may be used to purchase any goods and services with the exception of gift vouchers. I (one) loyalty point for every £10 spent in a single transaction, both in store and online. Exclusions: no loyalty points will be applied on the purchase of gift vouchers, postal charges or bespoke services (including but not limited to; custom made albums, handmade invitations and special orders).

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The content shown on croptilyoudrop.co.uk, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to the croptilyoudrop its products and services is provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Under no circumstances will croptilyoudrop.co.uk be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of croptilyoudrop.co.uk regardless of the form of action.

Crop 'Til You Drop will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that content can be consistently provided but makes no guarantee that any functions contained in croptilyoudrop.co.uk content won't be uninterrupted or error free, or that croptilyoudrop.co.uk or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

Intellectual Property
The names, images and logos identifying Crop 'Til You Drop and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of Crop 'Til You Drop and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of croptilyoudrop.co.uk or any other third party.

Force Majeure
Crop 'Til You Drop shall not be held liable for any event beyond their control that prevents fulfilling any or all aspects of this Agreement. This may include but is not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, or the failure of third parties to perform their obligations.

All Rights Reserved
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The customers statutory rights are not affected.

All trademarks and company logo’s remain the property of their respective owners. At no time do the views of the Crop Til You Drop relate to the opinions or views of any other company.

The enforcement of whole or part of these terms is at the Company's discretion.
